Terms and Conditions

1. General Agreement

By booking a service with WARA Cleaning Co, the client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial cleaning services provided unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Scope of Work

Our cleaning services include the tasks outlined in the agreed service package. Requests beyond the scope of the standard service (e.g., biohazard cleaning, heavy lifting, mold removal, pest cleanup, or cleaning of areas deemed unsafe) will not be performed and may incur additional charges if approved.

3. Access and Utilities

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time and ensure electricity and water are available. If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the size and condition of the space. Any changes to the agreed service or scope may result in additional charges. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A late cancellation fee of [$75] may apply. No-shows may result in full service charges.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly. We do not offer refunds, but we will re-clean the area in question at no extra charge.

7. Liability and Damage

While we take the utmost care, Wara Cleaning Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or any items not securely mounted or in poor condition. Clients must inform us of any delicate or fragile items before service.

8. Pets and Hazards

Clients are responsible for securing pets and informing us of any potential hazards. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe.

9. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for unreasonable, unsanitary, or unsafe conditions, or if we feel threatened or disrespected in any way.

11. Changes to Terms

Wara Cleaning Co reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
